VertiGIS and the Texas DIR
VertiGIS is proud to partner with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) through the awarded contract DIR-CPO-5192. Through this contract, you can procure various VertiGIS products and services to assist with your GIS application development needs. This contract can be used as a procurement vehicle for a variety of entities in Texas and outside the state, including state and local government, public education, and other public entities.

How to Order
To order VertiGIS products and services through this contract, simply complete the form below. Someone from our team will be in touch to help you determine which products and services you may need, and help you generate a purchase order and complete the purchase.
Warranties
Software: For a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of software by customer, VertiGIS North America warrants that the unmodified software will substantially conform to the published software documentation. Software maintenance and help-desk technical support are included in the software subscription fee.
Services: VertiGIS North America warrants it shall provide the services in good faith in a professional manner standard to the software industry. All VertiGIS North America employees working on a services project will have the knowledge, training, skills, and experience relevant to the subject matter of the services. The services will substantially conform to the specifications set forth in the applicable services order for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the services. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to any non-conformity resulting from: (i) installation, integration, modification or enhancement of the services which have not been carried out by VertiGIS North America; (ii) failure to use the services in accordance with the documentation or other reasonable instructions provided by VertiGIS North America; (iii) user error, or other use of the services in a manner or in an operating environment for which it was not intended, or other than as agreed in the services order; or (iv) failure to install an update or fix which has been made available to remedy a known error or bug. Ongoing support, enhancements, or performance issues resulting from a change in the customer's IT environment are not included in the warranty and would require a separate services order.
